Meet Sara!
Sara is a Certified Nutrition Counselor (CNC), ZYTO practitioner, and yoga and fitness instructor. She has a Bachelors in Physical Education from Towson University, and Masters degrees in Leadership in teaching and Administration and Supervision from Notre Dame. She received her CNC from the American Association of Nutritional Consultants.
Sara has 16+ years of experience teaching physical education, health and athletic training and now she seamlessly integrates nutritional knowledge into her teachings, promoting a comprehensive approach to well-being. Sara is concentrating on holistic wellness, leveraging advanced tools such as Zyto to help others achieve their wellness goals. This cutting-edge approach allows her to tailor wellness plans based on individual needs and optimize overall health. It contains a list of secondary stressors which can include: chemicals, bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, parasites, heavy metals, and mycotoxins. It contains the recommended supplements and services to re-balance so we can make a plan to get you feeling your best.
ZYTO Food Scan Report will give a balancers list of foods in several categories- meats, dairy, fruits, vegetables, beans and legumes, beverages and spices. It also gives a list of foods and additives that stress your body out to know what to avoid.

Des Bio Detox Program is for those looking to lose more than 20 lbs and can follow a strict detox and diet for 23 days. It includes all of the homeopathic and nutritional formulas necessary. We will have weekly check ins and a rescan after the program is complete.
OmniCleanse Detox is for those looking to lose less than 20 lbs. It combines botanicals, advanced nutraceuticals and homeopathies to support the body in the facilitation of elimination.
